KRLE

Krle cake was named after our customer Krle who asked us to make this cake for him. He had seen something similar and wanted to have this for his birthday. Whole hazelnuts and milk chocolate on the bottom, covered with a cream cheese filling that has six whole chocolate Kinder Eggs inserted into the filling. Three of the eggs are filled with ice cream and three are filled with raspberries. The cake is topped off with fresh fruits, chocolate candy and a cone.

Napoleon Cake is a classic Russian cake, made of very thin and flaky puff pastry cake layers and a smooth, rich and luscious pastry cream in between the layers.

VASA'S TORTE

Old Fashioned Serbian cake, one of our owner's favorite cakes. Sponge cake on the bottom, topped off with a chocolate hazelnut mixture and traditionally covered with a lemon meringue cream, which tends to be difficult to cut, so we replace with with regular vanilla frosting.
